Article 1 – Object
The object of these terms of service ("TOS") is to define the conditions under which an individual ("the Customer") can book the karaoke rooms ("the Rooms") online via the www.bam-karaokebox. com website, published by SINGTIME, SAS, a company with €41,044.85 in capital, registered in the PARIS Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 793 501 487, with its head office at 40 Avenue de la République, 75011 Paris ("SINGTIME").
Article 3 – Changes of the TOS
3.1. SINGTIME reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time and at its sole discretion.
3.2. The Customer must therefore consult the TOS and any modifications before each order confirmation (requiring acceptance of the TOS).

Article 5 – Rooms description
The Customer can book the following 52 rooms:
- One 4-person room
- Fourteen 6-person rooms
- Twelve 8-person rooms
- Eight 10-person rooms
- Eight 12-person rooms
- Four 15-person rooms
- Two 18-person rooms
- One 25-person rooms
- Two 30-person rooms
Article 7 – Booking policy
7.1. The Customer can book the Rooms via the website.
7.2. During the booking process, the availability of rooms is shown to the Customer in real time at the payment validation stage.
7.3. To book a room, the Customer must click on their chosen time slot and then on the "Book" tab.
7.4. The Customer must then provide the following information: first name, last name, email address and phone number, before clicking on the "Confirm" tab.
7.5. Before clicking on the "Confirm" tab, the Customer has the chance to check the details of their booking and the total price.
7.6. Confirming the order indicates acceptance of the TOS by the Customer and establishes the contract.
7.7. Once the booking has been confirmed, the Customer will receive an email from SINGTIME (email@example.com) entitled "BAM-Karaoke Box – Booking confirmation".
Article 9 – Archiving/Proof
9.1. Order Confirmations are archived on a reliable and durable medium in order to constitute a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
9.2. Order Confirmations can be produced as proof of the contract.
Article 11 – Accessing the rooms
11.1. The Customer will be able to access the Rooms from the beginning of the session booked on the website.
11.2. In the event that the Customer is late, the session can not be postponed.
11.3. Should the previous slot of the karaoke room be available before the start of the booked session, the Customer will be able to access it a maximum of 30 minutes earlier and enjoy a longer session without any extra charge.
11.4 Children under 16 won't be allowed to access karaoke rooms without their mother, father, legal tutor or any adult in charge.
In Spain, minors from 16 to 18 can access the karaoke boxes until 11pm.
Minors are allowed in the karaoke rooms until 11pm only. Each minor under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
Article 13 – Intellectual property
13.1. All texts, comments, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented on the website are strictly reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights, for the entire term of protection of these rights and for the entire world.
13.2. In the event of any reproduction, representation, modification or total or partial adaptation of the www.bam-karaokebox.com website and/or all or part of the elements incorporated in it, offenders will be subject to prosecution.
Article 15 – Return of the room and equipment
The room and equipment made available to the Customer must be returned in good working order. In the event that the Customer is responsible for damage to the rooms, equipment or common areas, the repairs will be appraised and the Customer will be notified by email within thirty (30) days. The Customer will pay for the damages within fifteen (15) days of the notification, excluding insurance delays.
Article 4 – TOS clauses
4.1. The invalidity of a contractual clause does not result in the invalidity of these TOS.
4.2. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the TOS by SINGTIME does not constitute a renunciation of the other clauses of the TOS by SINGTIME, and they will remain in effect.
Article 6 - Session Prices
6.1. The prices of the sessions are given in euros, including taxes and by box. The prices may be checked on the BAM Karaoke Box website when booking.
Broadly speaking, the prices change depending on the day of the week and the time of the day. Prices may differ from one venue to another.
Karaoke session may last 1h, 2h, 2h30, 3h or any other length which could be displayed on the booking page.
The box price is fixed and cannot be reduced, even if the participants are less than the box capacity. If the participants are more numerous, an extra fee will be required.
6.2. SINGTIME reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but also guarantees the Customer the current price on the day of their booking.
Article 8 – Customer area
8.1. When the Customer makes a booking for the first time, their customer area is automatically generated using their email address.
8.2. The client sets up his password when creating his customer area
8.3. The Customer can then change this password to one of their choosing by logging into their customer area.
Article 10 – Payment
10.1. Bookings are paid via payment card.
10.2. BAM currently accepts the following payment cards: CB, Visa and MasterCard.
10.3. The Customer guarantees their ability to use their payment card to book Rooms on thewebsite.
10.4. SINGTIME has the right to send bank details confidentially and securely by way of the Systempay secure payment platform set up by SINGTIME.
Article 12 – Booking cancellation and changes policy
12.1. The Customer can cancel or change their booking via their customer area.
12.2. Bookings can only be changed once (change of date, session or room).
12.3. The Customer cannot change their booking less than 72 hours before the start of their karaoke session.
12.4. The Customer can cancel their session at any time. The refund/credit policy is laid out in Article 12-5.
12.5. For cancellations:
- The Customer will be fully refunded if they send their cancellation request at least 3 weeks before the start of the karaoke session1.
- The Customer will have the right to a credit if they send their cancellation request from 3 weeks to 72 hours before the start of the karaoke session
- The Customer will not have the right to a refund or a credit if they send their cancellation request less than 72 hours before the start of the karaoke session.
- If the customer booked their session less than 72 hours in advance, we invite him/her to contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellation or room change requests. All cancellation requests are accepted and credited.
12.6. This credit will be available in the customer area, and is valid for 6 months for the exclusive purpose of booking a new session.
12.7. This credit cannot be reissued if the booking is cancelled again. Only an additional payment via the website for a new booking can be the subject of a refund or a credit, as per the cancellation policy provided in Article 12-5.
12.8. The customer has no right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code.
12.9. Sessions paid by shared payment can only be changed for sessions of equivalent price, according to the change policy above.
Article 14 – Personal data protection
14.1. SINGTIME undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the Customer on the website in order to book the Rooms, and to process said data in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
14.2. SINGTIME hereby states that the personal data communicated by the Customer will be used by its internal services for the purpose of processing Room bookings.
14.3. The processing of personal data, which is stored by SINGTIME for the sole purpose of effectively managing Room bookings, is the subject of a declaration to the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL).
14.4. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Customer may exercise their right to access the files, their right to object and their right to rectify or delete information concerning them at any time by sending a request (including their last name, first name, email address and postal address) to the following address: email@example.com.
Article 16 – Applicable law – Disputes
16.1. These TOS are subject to French law.
16.2. For any complaints, the Customer should contact the SINGTIME customer service team at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org in order to reach an amicable solution. Otherwise, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
